Herbivore Hampers FAQ

We have done the hard yards and sourced great tasting and quality items that are vegan friendly AND gluten free.

We discovered that people were not only looking for quality vegan hampers, but also gluten free gift hampers ! We can now say we cater for both! :)

Please be mindful, that while all of our hampers are in fact excluded from the use of any gluten ingredients, some of our products share manufacturing facilities that contain gluten and we cannot confidentially state that all products are completely gluten free.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates on our vegan hampers in Australia. We will aim to get your package to the recipient as quickly as possible.
Delivery times vary depending on where the recipient is situated in Australia and our couriers. Please see below for estimated delivery times to your closest city:

Please allow 1-3 days for express delivery on most occasions and locations*

Standard:

VIC 3 - 7 business days

ACT 3- 7 business days

In our experience offering “FREE Delivery” means you are having the maximum delivery charge incorporated into the margin of your Vegan Hamper and you end up paying more!

We use a combination of air pillows, tissue paper, and carefully place the goods inside the hamper. In the rare case that your hamper arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team to organise a replacement.

⁠At Herbivore Hampers we try to minimise our environmental impact as much as possible.⁠

This is why we use a paper packing tape that is compostable, recyclable and produced using vegetable based adhesive and FSC certified paper rather than petroleum based plastic (PP/PVC). ⁠

All of our packaging is also reusable and recyclable.

If you have any further suggestions to help us minimise our impact, we are always all ears :)

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If the gift hamper delivery address is located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate this request.

We offer complimentary gift cards that go with all of our vegan & gluten free hampers. You can customise the message that is written in the cards with a very large character limit.
